Responsibilities & Context:
A well-renowned travel agency dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences to our clients. We specialize in air ticket bookings and complete travel solutions. We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Reservation Officer to join our growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Travelport, Saber & Amadeus), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport / Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, rebook, reissue, issue, split/merge, ancillary, EMD)
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings. Keep up to date with airline policies, provide after-sales support,
promotions, and travel trends.
Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients. Prepare the report as required by management.
