A well-renowned travel agency dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences to our clients. We specialize in air ticket bookings and complete travel solutions. We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Reservation Officer to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Travelport, Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
• Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport / Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, rebook, reissue, issue, split/merge, ancillary, EMD)
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings. Keep up to date with airline policies, provide after-sales support,
• Promotions, and travel trends.
• Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients. Prepare the report as required by management.
