Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Corporate office and VIP’s residence.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene across all office premises
- Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily cleaning tasks
- Implement and monitor cleaning schedules for floors, washrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Maintain proper records and inventory of all cleaning materials and supplies
- Coordinate with external vendors for pest control, deep cleaning, and waste management services
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Admin/Engineering team promptly
- Ensure proper waste segregation, disposal, and recycling practices
- Provide housekeeping and setup support for office programs, meetings, and events
- Ensure complete cleanliness and hygiene of Management residences
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and service providers for Management houses
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by Management
