Job Summary

We are looking for a strong Branch Manager who can lead our entire Sylhet branch, manage all office staff, and directly supervise the UK & Australia destination teams.

The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on destination expertise with proven success in admissions and visa processing, plus leadership ability to drive targets and build a high-performance team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead total branch operations to ensure smooth, compliant workflow across counseling, admissions, visa, and marketing/sales teams.
  • Supervise and grow the UK & Australia destination teams, ensuring strong market performance and specialist knowledge within each unit.
  • Set and drive monthly/quarterly sales and enrollment targets, ensuring achievement through forecasting, pipeline control, and daily performance tracking.
  • Monitor student admission and visa timelines, ensuring accuracy, deadline discipline, document quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Handle critical and complex admission/visa cases for Australia and the UK, including refusal-risk profiles, gap cases, financial complications, and interview-based files.
  • Ensure full A–Z counseling capability for Australia, UK, and Europe markets, guiding students step-by-step from:
  • profiling → course selection → university shortlisting → application → offer/CAS/COE/GS / GTE compliance logic→ finance prep → visa lodgment → interview prep → pre-departure.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate counsellors, admissions officers, and visa executives; build a disciplined and motivated high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute branch growth strategies aligned with company goals, including destination scaling, partner expansion, and conversion improvement.
  • Support and lead marketing initiatives such as seminars, events, fairs, school visits, and digital campaigns to grow lead flow and intake volume.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports to CEO/Head Office covering sales, enrollments, pipeline movement, refusal rate, and team KPIs.
  • Review, improve, and enforce internal compliance to reduce refusals, increase visa success, and boost overall conversion rates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner universities/colleges and ensure updated knowledge of policy changes, intake rules, compliance trends, and market shifts for Australia, UK, and Europe.
