Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Checking all the related documents & approval for processing the bills.
∎ 2. Enlisting Invoice details in the payable report file.
∎ 3. Handover all the bills for VAT & Tax recommendations & for Probation.
∎ 4. Making Payment Update in AP file in Accordance with Payment Details.
∎ 5. Preparing & Sending Payment Statement to Vendors for Payment Acknowledgement.
∎ 6. Preparing Payment Voucher with Tax/VAT deductions accuracy
∎ 7. Preparing Vendor Due List on Weekly Basis.
∎ 8. Generating YTD Payable Report Summery.
∎ 9. Maintaining Vendor Bank Master File for Making EFT Payments Preparing EFTN Excel & Bank Transfer for Bank Payment.
∎ 10. Preparing Payment Voucher for Custom Duty & Other Cost.
∎ 11. Leading the Scanning team for ensuring all the bills/vouchers and other documents are submitted to the Shared service Partner.
∎ 12. Vendor Ledger Reconciliation and response to balance confirmation and payment with the Co-ordination of Shared Service Partner
∎ 13. Facilitating the Internal & External audit team.
∎ 14. Monthly Payment Reconciliation.
