∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role
∎ Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
∎ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals
∎ Handle employee relations and provide support for conflict resolution and employee satisfaction
∎ Oversee payroll and benefits administration
∎ Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development initiatives
∎ Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture
