- Knowledge of Bangladesh labour laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office, Relevant AI Tools, G-Suit and HRIS systems.
Responsibilities & Context: Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in supporting our HR department, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and contributing to developing and maintaining a positive and productive work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Employee performance evaluation and rapport building, building partnerships with businesses aligned with human resources.
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts, letters, and employee databases.
- Amendment of company policy as per the update of labour laws every year or whenever a local labour law changes, whichever comes first.
- Collaborate with management to support employee development initiatives.
- Assist in organising and coordinating employee events and training programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance HR processes.
Any other tasks appointed by management are as per business needs.
