Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative management of personnel:
∎ Team management
∎ Payroll management with HR Management Software Homere
∎ Reporting / communication
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record of Payroll Management (At least 2 years) with HR Management software Homere
∎ Minimum of 3-year professional experience in HR with humanitarian and/or development programs
∎ Interest in and enthusiasm for learning & not afraid of working hard to complete task within the deadline
∎ Good communication skills, with good written and spoken English.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially in EXCEL
∎ Proficiency on local language can be an added value
Salary:
∎ TK. 51300 (Monthly)
