Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Under the supervision of the Admin coordinator the Human Resource Officer supports in the learning and professional development of Solidarites International’s workforce of coordination team. He/She will assist in equipping SI employees with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively.
∎ He/She will be assisting the HR management in assessing the training needs of the employees, facilitating schemes and arranging training days.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ EMPLOYEE FOLLOW UP:
∎ Under the supervision of his/her Line Manager, prepares contracts, amendments and regular ends of contract for employees of the assigned area
∎ After validation and signature by HR Coordinator/ Deputy HR coordinator, organizes the signature of required document(s) by Employee on the due date and in compliance with donor and Solidarités International Procedures
∎ Updates and ensures complete and proper documentation of the HR files and of HR digital files as per Solidarites International procedures (work contract, job description, health benefits, leaves, personal administrative folder etc...)
∎ Assists, in collaboration with the Finance department and in compliance with donor and SI HR Policy, in the daily administration preparation of employees of his/her assigned area, including per diem, leaves requests and other employees requirements
∎ Monitor contract periods and end of contracts and notice letters.
∎ Updates the monthly employees follow-up, records salary advance and data in the software HOMERE on monthly basis
∎ Payroll for coordination team: checks the monthly variables for each employee according to the attendance sheets and monthly planning and employee benefits for payroll purposes. Enters the data for the monthly payroll in Homere and after validation, ensure in collaboration with the Finance department the preparation of payment for the assigned area
∎ Collect, compile information and update the PD follow up and COLA on a regular basis.
∎ Update Organizational Chart of coordination
∎ Assist in arranging different meeting, farewell parties and other program as required
∎ Draft documents on demand and translate short texts if required
∎ Assist with HR training sessions for the teams.
∎ Supervise cook/cleaner and cleaner on regular basis. Prepare their work schedule, monitor their tasks both at guest house and office, maintain small dining arrangements both in Guest house and at office
∎ RECRUITMENT
∎ Support recruitment process liaising with manager and Deputy HR coordinator to ensure a closely follow up :
∎ Advertise positions according to the diffusion strategy decided by her/his line manager
∎ Receive and sort applications, update regularly the line manager about the progress,
∎ Classify and file properly recruitment folders
∎ Involve actively in interviewing process, if requested
∎ Prepares the induction planning in collaboration with her/his line manager and head of department
∎ ARCHIVING
∎ Responsible for storage of HR files properly in secured place.
∎ In charge of Digital HR archiving of staff files

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Must have experience in Recruitment processes, Leave, Attendance
∎ Good Communication capacity
∎ Team management
∎ Payroll software (HOMERE) / Pack office
∎ Good understanding in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
∎ Fluent english written and speaking.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience with SI would be an asset

Salary:
∎ Monthly Salary BDT 58,540
