Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or MBA (major in HRM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
∎ To ensure that all profiles of employees are updated and properly documented; maintain confidentiality at all times.
∎ To perform regular evaluations of all employees and employees in the probationary period.
∎ To determine the proper headcount for each department.
∎ To lead recruitment procedures as required.
∎ To handle the biometric system and to ensure that employees are punctual.
∎ To keep track of leave applications, medical allowance applications and all other HR related matters.
∎ To perform regular trainings.
∎ To analyze the professional development of all employees.
∎ In cases of negative performance, the Human Resources Manager shall establish the reasons and the solutions. The HR Manager shall follow disciplinary action steps as set out in Bangladesh Labor Law, and the Organization's internal policies.
∎ To develop proper job descriptions.
∎ To update the employee handbook and maintain it.
∎ To write an HR manual with SOP's.
∎ To keep record of any updates to the Bangladesh Labor Law, to understand these changes, and to advise the Organization's senior management if any updates impact the Organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are encouraged to apply
∎ Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in HR field; some experience in the hospitality sector preferred.
∎ Good experience in recruitment management, file management and onboarding process.
∎ Good understanding of onboarding process.
∎ Advance skills in MS Excel & MS Office.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude.
∎ Must display care in maintaining professional relationships, confidentiality, and non-biased management.
∎ Familiar with HR software, data processing.
∎ Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Well-versed in Bangladesh Labor Law and other related legislation.
∎ A logical approach to problem-solving coupled with common sense, literacy and organizational skills.
