Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Compliance Support Lead to oversee and manage all compliance-related documentation and workforce profiles supporting our Australian operations.

You will act as the central compliance authority within our Dhaka office, directly supporting Australian clients (private and government), workforce, and internal teams to ensure full regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

This is a lead-level role responsible for maintaining 100% accuracy, quality control, and compliance standards across all workforce documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic & Qualification Verification

  • Lead verification of all academic credentials (certificates and transcripts)

  • Ensure authenticity and legitimacy of qualifications

  • Establish verification standards and checking protocols

  • Identify discrepancies and manage resolution with candidates.

2. Industry Currency & Employment Verification

  • Oversee verification of job references and employment history

  • Ensure compliance with Australian industry currency requirements

  • Conduct referee checks where required

  • Approve final verification outcomes before file completion

3. HR Matrix

  • Lead preparation and validation of Trainer & Assessor Matrices

  • Map and demonstrate relevant to the qualifications and industry currency

  • Ensure compliance with Australian regulatory standards (Training will be provided)

4. Professional Development (PD) Strategy & Planning

  • Design 12-month Professional Development Plans

  • Recommend structured upskilling and compliance pathways

5. PD Log & Evidence Compliance

  • Oversee and validate Professional Development logs and evidence

  • Maintain structured, traceable, and audit-ready records

  • Ensure all PD activities meet regulatory standards

6. Identity & Compliance Documentation Control

  • Supervise collection and verification of candidate ID documents: (Passport, National ID, Medicare, Birth Certificate)

  • Ensure all documentation is valid, current, and properly stored

  • Implement document control and compliance tracking processes

7. Client & Candidate Communication (Lead Coordination)

  • Maintain daily communication with: (Australian clients, Candidates and workforce)

  • Follow up on missing or incomplete documentation

  • Handle escalations and complex compliance matters

  • Ensure timely onboarding and profile completion

8. Compliance Monitoring, Audit & Quality Control

  • Conduct regular audits of all HR profiles

  • Ensure documents are accurate and current)

  • Fully compliant with Australian standards

  • Prepare files for internal and external audits

  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions

9. Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain compliance databases and document systems

  • Generate reports for management and audit purposes

  • Improve SOPs, workflows, and compliance processes

  • Support automation and efficiency improvements

Working Hours (Bangladesh Time)

- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
