Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Compliance Support Assistant to support and assist in managing all compliance-related documentation and workforce profiles supporting our Australian operations.
You will support the central compliance function within our Dhaka office, directly assisting Australian clients (private and government), workforce, and internal teams to ensure full regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
This role is responsible for maintaining accuracy, documentation quality, and compliance standards across all workforce files.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic & Qualification Verification
Verify academic credentials (certificates and transcripts)
Ensure authenticity and legitimacy of qualifications
Identify discrepancies and report to senior team members
2. Industry Currency & Employment Verification
Assist in verification of job references and employment history
Conduct referee checks where required
Support compliance with Australian industry currency requirements
3. HR Matrix Support
Assist in preparation Matrices
Follow guidance from senior team members
4. Professional Development (PD) Support
Assist in preparing 12-month Professional Development Plans
Support PD documentation and updates
5. PD Log & Evidence Management
Maintain Professional Development logs and supporting evidence
Ensure records are organised and audit-ready
6. Identity & Compliance Documentation Collection
Collect and verify candidate ID documents
Ensure documents are valid and properly stored
7. Client & Candidate Communication
Maintain communication with: Australian clients, Candidates and workforce
Follow up on missing documentation
Provide updates on profile completion
8. Compliance Monitoring Support
Assist in reviewing HR profiles
Ensure documents are accurate and current
Support audit preparation activities
9. Administrative & Team Support
Support senior compliance staff in daily tasks
Maintain organised records and databases
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
10. Systems & Record Management
Update compliance databases and systems
Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality
Experience Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in: (HR / Administration / Documentation roles)
Basic understanding of compliance processes (preferred)
Working Hours (Bangladesh Time)
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
