∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Sedex training certificate is highly appreciated

∎ Age 28 to 48 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, attendance & leave management.
∎ Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
∎ Monitor and support employee performance, training, and development.
∎ Handle disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution.
∎ Coordinate with factory management for manpower planning and workforce management.
∎ Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports as required.
∎ Liaise with government labor departments and relevant authorities when needed.
∎ Documentation prepare and maintain for SEDEX certification.
∎ Reporting to top management about productivity or performance
∎ Set compliance relevant Training schedule and organize it.
