Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
∎ Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the e-commerce industry.
∎ Administering and continuously improving performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
∎ Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
∎ Managing employee relations matters and conducting investigations when necessary.
∎ Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
∎ Handling compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, promotions, and leave management.
∎ Maintaining accurate HR records and generating relevant reports for management.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to enhance our HR processes and policies.
