Responsibilities & Context: About Beauty Booth Bangladesh Beauty Booth Bangladesh is rapidly expanding its product portfolio and market reach. We are building partnerships with new brands, exploring new distribution channels, and developing strategic initiatives to become Bangladesh`s leading beauty destination. Position Overview We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Intern to support our growth strategy. You will help identify new business opportunities, support partnership negotiations, conduct market research, and assist in launching new product lines and bundles (including our flagship FIFA Beauty Box campaign). Key Responsibilities Conduct market research on beauty trends and competitor analysis in Bangladesh Identify and research potential brand partnerships and supplier relationships Support FIFA Beauty Box campaign execution (product bundling, pricing strategy) Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership presentations Track and analyze business metrics (AOV, conversion rates, customer acquisition) Assist in product launch planning and go-to-market strategy Who Should Apply? We welcome all freshers and recent graduates from any educational background - Commerce, Science, Arts, Engineering, or any other stream! Currently a student or recent graduate (any field) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (or willingness to develop them) Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bengali Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (or quick learner) Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity about business Preferred (but not required) Experience with CRM tools or business management software Knowledge of e-commerce and digital retail landscape What We Offer Monthly internship stipend: ?8,000-10,000 Hands-on experience in real business growth initiatives Mentorship from senior management and business leaders Exposure to strategic planning, partnerships, and operations Strong letter of recommendation and potential for full-time career opportunities Learn about e-commerce, product strategy, and market expansion Duration: 3-6 months | Location: Dhaka (East Rampura)
