∎ Proven experience in business partnering or generalist roles.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
∎ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments and projects.
∎ Experience in driving change and organizational development.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals.
∎ Provide proactive HR support to enhance team effectiveness and business performance.
∎ Drive change management initiatives during organizational or structural shifts.
∎ Forecast hiring needs and close key talent gaps.
∎ Facilitate the implementation of performance management processes.
∎ Identify high-potential talent and support development and retention plans.
∎ Identify training needs and coordinate with L&D teams to deliver learning interventions.
∎ Support leadership development initiatives for key resources.
∎ Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
∎ Use HR analytics to derive insights and support data-driven decision-making.
