∎ Ensuring regular pickup
∎ Receive parcel and complete data entries on software
∎ Maintain delivery success rate
∎ Regular return closing
∎ Ensuring maximum rider attendance in Hub
∎ Handling frontline employees and Hub management issues.
∎ Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
