∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 1 or 2 years contract.
∎ Working office in Sylhet Uposhohor.
∎ Must have fluency in English Speaking.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly deposit targets and portfolio growth.
∎ Ensure retention of mature encashment and reduction of premature encashment.
∎ Perform daily sales visits and report to the Head of Deposit Mobilization.
∎ Check and submit the deposit form to the operation department and ensure the correction of information in the form from the team.
∎ Supervise, monitor, and train team members.
∎ Resolve team liability audit/compliance issues, integrity issues, and disciplinary issues.
∎ Update the team's Daily Visit Plan and Monthly business projection.
∎ Visit potential customers with team members.
∎ Any other tasks from the Department Head.
