  • Candidate should have minimum 2 years working experience in HRM sector.

  • Preference will be given to candidate having experience in NGO and microfinance program.

  • Age & educational requirement will be relaxed for experienced candidate.

  • Salary will be negotiable to candidate who having more related experience.

  • Candidate should be an expert user of MS Office especially word, excel and power point.

  • Candidate should be honest and have hard worker.



Responsibilities & Context:

Christian Service Society (CSS) is a renowned national NGO with 2,100 employees. We are currently looking for an experienced “HRM Officer” who will be responsible for organizational recruitment process as a part of HRM team. He/She also looks after the staff related necessary HR documentation and database.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare different kinds of letters like: appointment, transfer, promotion, increment, promotion or demotion, confirmation, experience, resignation acceptance etc..

  • Assist entire recruitment and selection processes such as- collect staff requisition, take initiative for job circular, shortlist application, communicate with candidate for written & viva test and arrange all kinds of interview process.

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquires or requests.

  • Check and validate reference and certificate of newly joined employees.

  • Complete all formalities of new staff according to the checklist.

  • Maintain HR records, e.g. office order, memo, policies etc.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

  • Interpret CSS policies and regulations to employees.

  • Ensure distribution of updated job description.

  • Keep update required data and information in the HRM software.

  • Provide necessary HRM reports to HRM Team as per timeline.

  • Carry out any other duties related to the organization, as requested by the supervisor.
