Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an HR Officer/Executive to manage our company`s Tasslock, Military Grade Automobile Security.
∎ HR Executive responsibilities include creating motivational programs, arranging events, and overseeing our employee`s daily activities and needs. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of motivation and retention programs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of HR in operations of the HR department.
∎ Personal counseling with the employees on their career need, career plan, on-job requirements, job satisfaction, job environment, financial and other benefit packages.
∎ Assisting and conducting entry/exit interviews of employees.
∎ Finding out employee training need and arranging end to end training involving internal and external trainers.
∎ Organizing motivational events and games for the employees.
∎ Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
∎ Measure employee retention and turnover rates.

∎ Skills Required: Administration, Communication.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Event Management, HR & Training, Motivation.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Event Management, Manpower Recruitment.
∎ Proven work experience in an HR Executive role.
∎ Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
∎ Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Willing to be team player and able to withstand criticism.
∎ Better to have smart innovative ideas to inspire and motivate employees.
