Responsibilities & Context:

· Regular administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.

· Prepare administration monthly expenses.

· Formulate and implement HR and admin related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.

· Responsible for HR and administration expenses preparation and organization.

· Arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment procedure.

· Recruiting employee and maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.

· Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.

· Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

· Any other tasks assigned by management
