Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ International University of Business Agriculture and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,University of Dhaka students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Communication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist HR Manager on manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement, orientation, formulation of policies and strategies.
∎ Assist HR Manager to Develop policies, monitor/ report results of the compliance efforts of the company and assist senior management team.
∎ Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Human Resources Manager or Organization Management.
∎ Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety rules.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Possess excellent understanding, written and oral communication in English.
∎ Ability to type in Bangla & English will be given preference.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, Office.
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh Labour Law.
∎ Any task assign by management.
