∎ 1. Educational and professional experience in HRM
∎ 2. Experience working in worker's welfare in manufacturing industry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team tasked with improving working conditions for all employees with a focus on workers' well being.
∎ Handle employee grievances in a professional manner and propose actions where necessary.
∎ Provide encouragement and motivation to employees whenever possible.
∎ Create awareness of the rules and regulation of the company amongst all employees.
∎ Act as liaison between employees and medical center and administer medical leave
∎ Advise employees on submission of leave applications.
∎ Organize orientation program for incoming employees.
∎ Organize and document meetings of Workers' Participation Committee and take up proposals from the committee to the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
