Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection of purchase requirements submitted by the concerned units/departments.
∎ Quotation collection from various vendors/suppliers.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals
∎ Ensure checking of price of the procured products by visiting the market frequently and prepare comparative statement.
∎ Search for new and alternative supply sources and update vendor database on a regular basis
∎ Ensure timely delivery of the requested materials.
∎ Prepare purchase related documents (Purchase Order, Comparative Statement)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very strong communication skills and strong negotiating skills.
∎ Analytical mind set and goal oriented personality.
∎ Proven success in Savings and Cost Reduction.
∎ Strong knowledge of Microsoft excel, specially knowledge on report design and drafting.
∎ Self-motivated.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
