Education:

Additional Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in HR (IT company experience is a big plus).
- Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication (both English & Bangla) and interpersonal skills.
- Good at multitasking and problem-solving.
- Comfortable with using MS Office and online HR tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
W3 Engineers Ltd is a fast-growing software company based in Banani, Dhaka. We work on meaningful tech solutions for both local and international clients. As our team expands, we're looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee our people and help us grow with the right talent and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment process - job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with the accounts department.
- Support performance evaluation and feedback processes.
- Organize training, workshops, and team engagement activities.
- Ensure all HR policies comply with the Bangladesh Labour Law.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees - solving problems and promoting a positive work environment.
- Handle employee exit procedures and clearance.
