∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, or Business Administration with a concentration in HR, organizational behavior, or management; or other similar degree
∎ Preferable MBA in HRM & PGDHRM
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ General HR, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment &Selection.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of HR policies and procedures, up-to-date Policy manuals and procedure manuals.
∎ Maintenance of Employment records, up to date personal files, employee master file; include HRIS master file.
∎ Salary & benefit management:
∎ - Advising payroll on additions and deductions
∎ - Reconciling payroll schedules every month
∎ Time & Attendance administration, statistical reports etc.
∎ Leave Administration, statistical reports etc.
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR & Admin
∎ Implement HR practices in organization and counsel and/ or motivate employees to adapt new practices
∎ Handle Recruitment, Selection & Placement related all activities.
∎ Should have the knowledge of drafting various official documents, letters and memos.
∎ maintaining personal file, service records, separation process of every employee.
∎ To maintain the procedure of disciplinary action.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Knowledge of computerised HR systems.
∎ Understanding and practical knowledge on employment law.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ English language proficiency essential.
∎ Pleasing personality, decisive & confident.
