Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experience as a strategic HR professional providing effective HR leadership aligned with business requirements.
∎ managing full range of HR services, Leadership Development Programs and driving engagement between employees and management.
∎ Orchestrated integrated workforce management, overseeing strategic recruitment, talent acquisition.
∎ On-boarding, and skill development to support the growth plans of startups and business expansion.
∎ Rich experience in managing a wide spectrum of corporate general administrative activities including,facility management travel management and corporate safety.
∎ Developed business and financial plans, designed HR policies, managed strategic alliances,and implemented sales and delivery effectiveness plans.
∎ Ensured alignment of individual and company goals by instituting a new performance management process,added KPis as a component of the performance evaluation program.
∎ Responsibilities & Context
