∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).

∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ 8+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the interior design, construction, or similar industries.
∎ Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
∎ Proven experience in talent acquisition, training, and performance management.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
∎ Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
∎ Create and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and align them with organizational standards.
∎ Monitor and manage employee performance through appraisals, feedback, and KPIs.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.
∎ Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
∎ Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
∎ Manage payroll, employee benefits, and leave policies efficiently.
∎ Plan and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
∎ Provide strategic advice to leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession planning.
