Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell interior design and construction services
Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients, property developers, and corporate entities
Handle client leads, conduct client meetings and presentations
Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior solutions
Prepare and follow up quotations and basic BOQ
Coordinate site visits and liaise with design and project teams
Close sales deals and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports
Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, material costs, and competitor activity.
