• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to deal with clients professionally

• Basic knowledge of interior materials, costing and project workflow

• Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated

• Computer and AI literacy

• Relevant Experience in Interior Design / Construction / Real Estate sales will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell interior design and construction services

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients, property developers, and corporate entities

• Handle client leads, conduct client meetings and presentations

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior solutions

• Prepare and follow up quotations and basic BOQ

• Coordinate site visits and liaise with design and project teams

• Close sales deals and maintain long-term client relationships

• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports

• Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, material costs, and competitor activity.
