• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

• HR certifications are a plus

• Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.

• Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

• HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best employees.
• Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Performance Management: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Training & Development: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee and manage a competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits plan.
• HR Metrics: Develop and analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management.
