Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing (all in English), and onboarding new hires for BPO projects
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support a high-performance culture
- Facilitate training and orientation programs to prepare employees for client-facing roles.
- Manage employee relations, addressing queries and resolving workplace issues professionally.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including reviews and feedback discussions.
- Maintain accurate HR records.
- Collaborate closely with department managers to forecast staffing needs and plan accordingly.
