TechSoldier BPO is expanding its global tele-sales division and is looking for dynamic, articulate, and results-driven professionals to join our high-performing international sales team. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday — 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

  • Present Our Solutions Effectively: Use structured scripts to highlight the benefits of our services and address client needs.

  • Understand & Tailor Solutions: Listen carefully to clients and offer solutions customized to their business requirements.

  • Drive Results: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call targets, conversion rates, and quality standards.

  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Maintain trust and credibility to encourage long-term business engagement.

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with your team to share insights, optimize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.
