Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute smooth recruitment process starting from job posting to recruitment
∎ Devise and implement performance measurement practices conducive to talent management
∎ Arrange necessary training programs for employees as per functional requirement and TNA
∎ Lead new employee orientation and introduce new employees to the office decorum and culture
∎ Maintain and update employee database with all related papers
∎ Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the superior Perform any other task given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years practical experience in similar role in any local or multinational company.
∎ Effective communication skill
∎ proactive and aspiration to achieve target is essential.

Salary: Negotiable
