• Proven experience in knit garment production and technical management.

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, quality standards, and production processes.

• Experience handling international apparel brands is essential.

• Candidates with direct experience managing Zara product categories will be given preference.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• To analyze garment construction and sewing methods before production.

• To develop and standardize sewing operation breakdowns.

• To monitor line balancing and workflow optimization.

• Resolve technical sewing issues during production.

• Review pre-production (PP) samples and pilot runs.

• To introduce new machinery, folders, guides, and automation where beneficial.

• Ensure sewing quality meets buyer standards and Monitor defect trends and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with QA and QC teams to reduce sewing-related defects.

• Coach line supervisors and production teams on technical sewing standards.

• Provide technical feedback during sample development.

• Support cost engineering through sewing method improvements.
