• To Implement and maintain quality standards such as ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.

• To prepare, review, and update quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms.

• To monitor quality performance throughout cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and packing processes.

• Coordinate internal and external audits.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• To manage certification audits and surveillance audits.

• Plan and conduct internal quality audits.

• To identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.

• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Handle customer complaints and quality claims.

• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and customer issues.

• Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Evaluate and monitor fabric, trims, and accessory suppliers.

• Work with procurement and suppliers to improve incoming material quality.

• Track supplier performance and quality metrics.

• Lead QA/QC teams, inspectors, and auditors.

• Organize quality awareness and technical training programs.

• To develop employee competency in quality standards and inspection methods.

• Identify quality risks in production processes.

• To develop preventive controls and contingency plans.

• To ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.
