Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in day-to-day HR activities of the company.
∎ Entry data in the ERP software as and when required.
∎ Prepare word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
∎ Assist with screening resumes and applications and Interview Processing
∎ Employee personal file management.
∎ Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events, maintain agendas, and compile meeting minutes.
∎ Prepare draft of various official letters, notices in English and Bangali
∎ To assist HR team and any other task is given by the higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
