∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Postgraduate Diploma in HRM
∎ BRAC University,University of Dhaka,IBA, Dhaka University,Independent University, Bangladesh,East West University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Knowledge in performance appraical, Knowledge on Recruitment, Microsoft Excel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in day to day operations of respective department.
∎ Assist in developing the Human Resource policies and procedures.
∎ Coordinate with the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Maintenance of staff file and relevant details.
∎ Maintaining and enforcing positive discipline.
∎ Assist in identifying staff training needs.
∎ Assist in coordinating internal and external training for staff.
∎ Ensure evaluation of training is done for all training coordinated.
∎ Keep a proper database on staff resigned in association to payment of final month pay or in lieu.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
