Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate recruitment and selection process, preparing new joiner orientation schedule & follow-up.
∎ Yearly performance appraisal and calibration.
∎ TNA and preparing yearly training plan.
∎ Activities relating to employee relations & industrial relations.
∎ Preparing various types of HR related reports.
∎ All HR related support to Line Managers of the Factory/Head Office.
∎ Training execution and post training effectiveness evaluation
∎ To oversee compliance with welfare, Health and Safety provisions of the Labor Act.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Conversant with Labour Law
