Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in HRM from BIM will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Interpersonal skill, Multi tasking ability, People Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bangladesh Labor Law, General HR, HR Compliance, Human Resource Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing and dealing with day-to-day HR operations/issues of the factory as and when required. Overall, HR, administration and Operation.
∎ Contribute to the overall improvement and development of the factory culture with innovation, revolution & leadership.
∎ Maintain records and compile reports concerning factory personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions & annual performance appraisal; submit to central HR monthly, yearly.
∎ Continuous follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Departments and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the factory employees.
∎ Perform administrative duties for factory executive management. Coordinate with management & other departments as per requirement.
∎ Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
∎ Take initiative to increase the level of motivation of the employees and staff by counseling, awareness programs, discipline, team building activities and unsatisfactory performance etc.
∎ Checking daily attendance of factory employees and report accordingly.
∎ Provide necessary assistance for recruitment process of factory.
∎ Ensure that the central HR has the support it needs in factory manpower planning.
∎ Maintain factory Personal files, records and keep it UpToDate.
∎ Assist in factory documentation works as per requirements.
∎ Coordinate Performance Appraisal of factory employees as per instruction.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the Management or concerned Authority.
