Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
Plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Maintain compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, etc.).
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
Monitor staff performance and provide training and guidance as needed.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and materials to minimize waste.
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure regular CIP process of production machinery and periodic maintenance
Uphold a safe and clean working environment at all times.
