Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with the hiring Manager & hiring Process.
∎ Conduct with employees regarding HR policies.
∎ Assist with Managerial work.
∎ Analyzing performance data.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
∎ Process payroll and benefits administration tasks.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
∎ Coordinate with the hiring Manager & hiring Process.
