Required Skills &Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, networking base (LAN/WAN)
- Familiarity with routers, switches, printers and CCTV system
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Knowledge of ERP or accounting software
- Basic server or database knowledge
- It certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft)

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary: The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s information technology systems. The role ensures smooth operation of hardware, software, networks and data security while providing technical support to employees and assisting in IT-related planning and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure and maintain computer systems, software, printers and network devices
Provide Technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues
Monitor system performance and ensure data backup and recovery
Maintain IT inventory, licenses and documentation
Support email systems, internet connectivity and internal applications
Ensure data security, antivirus protection and basic cybersecurity measures
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software and IT services
Assist in implementing new IT systems and upgrades
Train staff on basic IT usage and best practices
Follow company IT policies and ensure compliance
