Responsibilities & Context:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, interviews & onboarding
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
• Handle payroll, attendance, leave, and employee benefits
• Support performance appraisal and management processes
• Organize training, workshops, and employee development programs
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor laws and company policies
• Arrange employee engagement, wellness, and team-building activities
• Provide daily HR support to employees and management
