∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR, HR Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement HR policy as per the guideline of the Board for different projects of the company.
∎ Initiate and drive recruitment and selection process
∎ Execute orientation programs
∎ Organize, coordinate and conduct training sessions and people development activities
∎ Investigate and analyze problems related to absenteeism, tardiness, and other workplace disciplines.
∎ Working with line managers, and assist them in installing a comprehensive performance appraisal system
∎ Implement various motivational tools and programs across different functions/departments and in line with departmental objectives.
∎ Assist senior management of the company in managing change within the organization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
