Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Join us as a HR Executive and IMSL will support you to become the person you aspire to be
∎ Planning integration and follow up to ensure recruitment, salary compilation, performance analysis and Training & development processes are properly followed in IMSL CE & MM operations. Continuous challenge and development of HR processes to facilitate right HR practices across the organization.
∎ Facilitate the Account Managers to ensure the completion of organizational and management tasks for regional projects and National campaigns. Closely Monitoring the delivery of campaigns and coordinating with the Field team and other agencies in making adjustments as necessary to derive expected results.
∎ Operational/Professional/Business:
∎ Collect Fixed and cycle wise grading report from Monitoring Officers in time to prepare payroll
∎ Collect Fixed and cycle wise RA & CM performance evaluation report from AC and TMC to authenticate the RA & CM evaluation process
∎ Prepare periodic RA & CM salary estimate with Account Department
∎ Proper follow up of the recruitment screening process to facilitate recruitment in time
∎ Archive the recruitment/discontinuation/notice related documents as per the retention schedule
∎ Assist in designing training materials, proper follow up of the training schedule and archiving of the training documents to capture the development program efficiency
∎ Management:
∎ Manage employee database (both personal & performance related to facilitate the retention policy
∎ Authenticate the RA & CM Evaluation result and ensure quality of the Evaluation are aligned with the set rules
∎ Manage leave register and report to the Operations Manger
∎ Leadership:
∎ Proactively participate, recommend preparation for the field and core team
∎ Assist in timely and cost effective execution of training program
∎ Relationships/Innovation:
∎ Challenge the existing HR practices and recommend development as applicable
