Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Revenue target for assigned part of Territory/Distribution.
∎ Achieve Distribution Target in terms of new outlet expansion.
∎ Manage Distribution Operation for assigned Distribution Area.
∎ Manage Distribution Hygiene all across the functions of Distribution Operation as guided by company.
∎ Ensure 100% Sales Compliance as per regulators directives.
∎ Ensure Trade Visibility & Effective campaign communication at channels.
∎ Develop & Lead Distributor's Field Force.
∎ Optimize & monitor company provided resources to support distribution activities.
∎ Ensure Digital product availability through channel partners and even distribution.
∎ Implement Digital/ Hybrid Distribution.
∎ Implement Distributor Financing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent planning and execution skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
∎ Innovative & out of the box thinker.
∎ Good negotiation skill.
∎ Team management skill.
∎ Self-motivated.
∎ Can drive motorcycle. (Personal Motorcycle will add advantage)
Salary:
∎ Fixed Salary: BDT. 21,000
Allowances: BDT. 10,000
Incentive KPI: BDT. 8,500 (As per company policy)
Phone Bill: BDT. 2,000
Yearly Festival Bonus will be applicable only after 3 months job completion.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
