Responsibilities & Context:
Execute cycle execution plan
Recruit qualified Brand Promoters (BRs) as per requirement in time
Train and brief field force about job roles and responsibilities.
Make regular field visits as per requirement of IMSL
Prepare report of field operation as per IMSL requirements.
Managing (planning, leading, motivating, monitoring) multiple teams of BRs (each team led by a BR Supervisor)
Distribution house wise performance monitoring
Maintain liaison with officers of client and distributor
Assess requirement and arrange for training
Enforcing discipline in the field
Performance analysis and take rectification steps, if required
Support to recruitment of team members for various teams under him
Routine visits from distribution house to house and run sudden inspections to ensure that everything is going according to plan
Develop and maintain excellent relationship with district/ thana/ upazilla administration
Gathering field intelligence
Inventory planning and maintenance of communication materials and aids
Follow record management guidelines of IMSL
