FMCG Sales & Marketing

Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inform & clarify field team (area coordinators and merchandising coordinator) regarding day-to-day instructions sent by the Account Managers.
∎ Take proper follow up regarding the execution of the instructions on a daily basis.
∎ On board Account Managers regarding day-to-day operational issues & as per Account Managers direction revert back to the team with the clarification or way forward.
∎ Prepare the weekly report on consumer engagement and merchandising activities (Contact target v/s achievement) & find out & provide guidance if there is any issue.
∎ Lead the logistics team to make sure the campaign materials are being disbursed as per the allocation & on time.
∎ Assist Account manager in preparing the campaign plan (Allocation, Recruitment Plan, Training Plan, Office Requirement, Mobilization plan etc).
∎ Actively take part in recruitment & training plan design & Aid field team in recruitment & Training
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Four (4) years or more of relevant experience in management related field
Salary: Negotiable
