∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM from any reputed University.
Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Professor, Associate Professor & Assistant Professor for the various department of the Institute of Applied Health Sciences (IAHS) on prevailing terms and conditions.
∎ Departments: Biochemistry, Physiology, Forensic Medicine, Pathology, Microbiology, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Cardiology, Surgery, Ophthalmology, ENT, Anesthesiology, Radiology & Imaging, Gynae & Obst.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting, editing, designing, issuing day-to-day office documents as per the instructions of the superiors.
∎ Coordination of all HR functions of the organization.
∎ Publish and update job ads on career pages, schedule interviews, screen resumes and job applications.
∎ To maintain daily attendance, late attendance and early punch for ensuring office discipline and maintain database.
∎ To assist HR Dept maintain and update personnel file and ensure proper maintenance of the same.
∎ To assist maintain HR database by recording joining, transfers, separation & changes in the job classifications and update leave information.
∎ To assist HR Dept maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment and Selection, wages, and allowances.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well-conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication.
∎ Problem solving & decision-making skills within the shortest possible time.
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
∎ · Candidate working or having worked in Hospital management will get preference.
∎ · At least 2 years working experience in the related field.
